By downloading, installing, or using the ImpaLango mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
ImpaLango is an AI-powered augmented reality language learning application for iOS. The App supports 14 languages in any source-target combination.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. The App requires an iPhone with an A12 chip or later running iOS 16.0 or higher.
The App does not require user registration or account creation. Subscription purchases are managed through your Apple ID via Apple's App Store.

Premium subscription removes all daily limits. $4.99/month or $29.99/year. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Certain features depend on third-party services and require an internet connection. Core features (object detection, embedded translations, vocabulary review) work offline.
You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including software code, ML models, embedded translations, UI design, and branding — are owned by ImpaLango and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It is an educational tool and not a substitute for professional language instruction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImpaLango shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
